Northwest Redevelopment is proud to offer the Empire Pacific Vinyl Windows product line. Empire Pacific vinyl windows are custom built in a variety of architectural shapes

These windows are maintenance free, energy efficient windows made of corrosion-resistant materials with fusion-welded construction. The powder coated or baked enamel finishes are color coordinated with all exposed window hardware.

Horizontal Slider

These windows are popular with contemporary homes and new construction. They are easy to maintain and operate with very little effort. Typically used in bedrooms, they maximize the opening size. Horizontal sliders are simple, efficient and thoughtfully designed and crafted.

Single Hung

Single Hung windows are popular for retrofitting and custom new construction because of their timeless style and design. Traditional in appearance Single Hung windows are popular for retrofitting and custom new construction because of their timeless style and design. They slide vertically and feature a simple operation. They are available in both our 4200 and 5200 series.

Double Hung

Our Double Hung windows feature two vents that open and close. The vents also tilt-in which makes them easy to clean. This is a very traditional window option for a variety of homes. They are available in the 6200 series only.

Awning

Awning windows are top-hinged with the swinging motion going outward to allow for ventilation, even during inclement weather. The modern style fits new homes or when retro-fitting older homes. and the Multi-Point lock is an added peace-of-mind feature. Awning windows are available in 4200 series frames only.

Bay
Our Bay windows project outward at either 30 or 45 degrees and add much personality to your home. A three-window configuration is standard and can be combined with ventilating windows to provide better airflow and ventilation. They are available in our 4200 series frame only.

Picture
Our picture windows are perfect for homes with views. They are stationary, maintenance free and have no meeting rails or operational parts to block the view. They can be gable cut to match the roof pitch and architectural lines. Picture windows are available in our 4200, 5200 and 6200 series frames.

Radius
Radius windows are round or arch shaped at the top and are available as a Picture window or in round or arch top designs. They add considerable style and personality to your home. They are available in our 4200 and 5200 series frames.

Gable
Our Gable windows can be custom made to match your specifications, as either stationary or operational windows. They feature a contemporary look and are typically designed to match the roof line of a home. Gables are available in both our 4200 and 5200 series frames.

Casement
Casement windows are side-hinged with the swinging motion going outward.

Bow
Our Bow windows provide a dramatic five-window configuration that projects outward at either 30 or 45 degrees. Bow windows are available with operable windows to provide better airflow and ventilation. They are available in our 4200 series frame only.

Windows Series
Empire Pacific Windows offers three distinct lines of vinyl windows, each with its own characteristics but all with the same high quality and performance.

4200 Series
The 4200 Series has a classic wood window look since it features a beveled exterior edge. Its greater width (3.375") makes it a preferred series for those looking to install large Picture Windows. Its width also allows the introduction of the Casement (side-hinged) and Awning (top-hinged) windows. Standard on the 4200 are the Baffled Weep Holes, a one-way "door" which allows water to drain from the frame but keeps critters and dirt from infiltrating. The 4200 Series is available in Picture, Vertical Sliding, Horizontal Sliding, Casement and Awning applications.

5200 Series
The 5200 is also known as our Builder Series. It has a narrower profile than any other frame offered by Empire Pacific. The 5200 Series is a wise purchase for those looking for maximum value. There is no difference in quality or performance between 5200 and 4200 series windows. The 5200 Series is available in Picture, Horizontal Sliding and Vertical Sliding windows only.

6200 Series
The 6200 Series is Empire Pacific's double hung line of windows. These are Vertical Sliding windows where both the top and bottom sash are operable. Double Hung windows are a traditional style window and are a good choice for retrofit applications in older homes. The 6200 line offers a tilt and clean sash that allows the homeowner to wash the exterior of the window without going outside. The frame is 3.125 inches in width. A Picture Window version (with a Double Hung frame) is also offered where consistent sight-ness needs to be maintained next to an operable Double Hung window.

Grid patterns give your windows style and coordinate with your home's design and architecture. We offer a wide variety of grid styles and patterns.

Hardware

Cam Lock - The Cam Lock is classically style two-position lock which meets or exceeds forced entry testing criteria. It is corrosion resistant and the powder coating exactly matches the window for color. It is available on both the 4200 and 5200 series horizontal sliders.

Self-Lok
The Self-Lok is an excellent option for the 4200 series horizontal sliders. It offers contemporary styling with a spring action self-locking mechanism. The Self-Lok® is made of a durable metal housing and meets or exceeds forced entry testing criteria.

Glass
Empire Pacific Windows Horizontal Sliders are available in several glass option, most common of which is is clear over Cardinal Low E² glass, the best in the industry. They are also available in several decorative obscure glass options including:
